MOSCOW, February 13 (RIA Novosti) - B-samples of three Russian biathletes tested positive for doping, Russia's Sport TV channel reported on its website on Friday.
Blood samples of the current World Cup leader and world champion Ekaterina Iourieva, three-time world champion Albina Akhatova and two-time relay world champion Dmitri Yaroshenko tested positive for the Russian version of the banned substance EPO.
The athletes have already left Pyeongchang in South Korea, where the biathlon world championships open later on Friday.
