Dozens die in Iraq bombing

The second major attack in Baghad in as many days targetted a group of visiting tribal leaders and security officials. At least 28 people have been killed in the suicide blast which happened as the group was touring a crowded market in the western Abu Ghraib district of the Iraqi capital.
